Waiting for daddy...

Last night, when mummuy reached home, the moment mummy pushed open the door, mummy was greeted by a beautiful sight...

My lil' princess appeared right in front of me... & the corners of your lil' mouth immediately curved up into a dazzling smile... =)

Then, mummy noticed darling had a look of anticipation... Darling was looking behind mummy... waiting... waiting... waiting....

Lil' sweetheart was waiting for daddy...



When mummy noticed that, mummy felt a bit heartbroken.. Cos like mummy, darling must be missing daddy a lot... Though mummy always bring you in front of the laptop to skype with daddy, the image of daddy was never really clear... And of cos, darling must be missing daddy's hugs...

Lil' sweetheart, though daddy is far away from us right now, daddy's love has always been with you... And, daddy really misses you a lot...

阿姨的Skype

恩恩，

阿姨昨天刚把Skype也安装在她电脑那边。

开始进行测试时，外公外婆也来到电脑面前和妈妈聊天了。

其实主要还是要看看恩恩你，他们也有一个星期没见到你了。

通常爸爸和妈妈用Skype聊天时，就算是抱了你坐在电脑面前，恩恩也是爱理不理的。

但是昨晚阿姨的Skype却得到恩恩的亲睐。

恩恩看到电脑另一边有这么多人走动，也有这么多人在聊天，就眼睛一直盯着电脑。

妈妈说恩恩第一次这么专心地面对着电脑。

看来阿姨的Skype比较能得到恩恩的欢心。

而爸爸的Skype将会继续遭恩恩冷落。=（

想念一阵风

恩恩，

祖母后天要回槟城一个星期清明，所以明天晚上你就要过去外婆家住一个星期了。

这意味着接下来的一个星期，爸爸又不能见到你了。

虽然你到现在可能也搞不懂到底爸爸是什么，也不懂每次爸爸和妈妈上网聊天时出现在电脑荧幕上的那个黑黑的人到底是谁，但是即将一个多星期没看到你，爸爸也会很想你的。

每次爸爸在电脑另一边问你乖不乖时，你只是一味地点头。

问你想不想爸爸时，你也点头。

问你要不要过来找爸爸时，你也点头。

不过爸爸知道你现在还是不懂你为什么点头的，妈妈每次抱你坐在电脑面前，你只是想找桌上的东西玩。

如果桌上没东西玩，你就出声抗议要妈妈带你出去书房了。

偶尔妈妈让你坐在mini cooper，你就驾着mini cooper乱乱闯，不懂你几时才会懂得煞车？

驾着mini cooper的你，偶尔很快地闯进书房，爸爸在电脑这边看到你进来时只看到一阵风的影子。

每次你都只是听了一下，瞄了瞄电脑，就一阵风似的飞奔出去了。

在爸爸电脑这边，你出去时，爸爸也只是看见一阵风。

现在这一阵风爸爸要一个多星期才能见到了。

爸爸会很想念你的。

偷懒的爸爸 vs 坏坏的恩恩

恩恩，

自从爸爸暂时离家出走后，连你的部落和每天的进展就只靠妈妈来“经营”了。

每天妈妈除了工作读书之外，还要做家务和照顾你，对于身体不大好的妈妈来说是项很大的挑战。

而你呢，有没有乖乖听话爸爸就不知道，爸爸每次问妈妈你乖不乖时，妈妈都会说小宝贝很乖。

希望妈妈是不是因为怕爸爸担心，所以就说你乖。

昨晚爸爸和妈妈上网聊天后，妈妈突然在网上消失了一下子。

爸爸等了一阵子，后来看到妈妈披头散发地在电脑前出现。

妈妈告诉爸爸刚才天下大乱，原来你喝奶后把所有的奶都吐了出来，不只弄到祖母和你自己的衣服全湿，而且还把沙发弄脏了。

妈妈需要花了九牛二虎的力气才把沙发套了取出来去洗。

要把家里的沙发放进去和取出来不是件容易的事，当时新年前大扫除时爸爸花了整半天也不能成功，需要等妈妈下班后两人一起努力才可以把沙发套放进去。

所以你可以想象妈妈是那么辛苦了。

沙发洗好后要放进去时也肯定不是件简单的事，看来你真的是制造了一场“灾难”给妈妈。

妈妈这几天身体也不舒服，已经感冒头痛和肠胃问题发作了，你还制造问题给妈妈，如果爸爸在家的话，一定打你的屁股的。

但是妈妈担心的是为什么你喝完奶会把全部160cc的奶水吐出来，爸爸昨晚和妈妈在网上聊时爸爸就喊暂停，跑去房里检查你的状况。

你那时躺在自己房里的床上，很开心地跟祖母玩和唱你的啊啊啊歌给祖母听。

看来妈妈有了偷懒的爸爸以及坏坏的恩恩后，这两个多月的日子，肯定会伤透脑筋了。

爸爸回来后，会好好地补偿妈妈；你呢，你几时要补偿妈妈啊？

Merlioness wannabe!

OMG!

As if you wanted to make known your point that you are a Singaporean, sweetheart decided act like Singapore's most iconic figure - The Merlion.

Last night, darling finished your milk in record time... 4 scoops of milk powder, topped up to 160ml... & blink! Before mummy had time to warm my seat in the study, mummy heard grandma say "Finished!"...

Well, sounds normal enough to anyone else reading this. BUT! To anyone who has tried to feed you milk, they will know what mummy means by AMAZING! Cos usually darling will only reluctantly down your milk if there's someone there to sing to you, dance or read to you to distract you... Yesterday, there was no such need. DArling just happily sucked away... And so mummy thought, for once, darling decided to give mummy a break!



When mummy heard that you've finished, mummy went out to pick up your bottle for washing. Then, when grandma put you back into the sitting position, the Merlion show started... Everything gushing out fast & furious... & I mean EVERYTHING!

It was really scary... The amount coming right out of darling's mouth within the few seconds...

End product: Darling's soiled clothes, grandma's soiled clothes, soiled sofa cover & mummy's just mopped floor!

Yet the funny thing was, the person least affected by it all was: Darling.

My lil' sweetheart was still all cheery & smiley.. Seemingly enjoying the buzz in the house... Mummy cleaning you up, grandma hurrying to change, grandpa & mummy trying to clear the mess that your merlion stunt got us into....



Sigh... To translate & quote what grandpa said to you last night: A lil' spit from you & you manage to get all of us so busy & frantic...

Except, of course, it wasn't exactly as lil' as he described...

Maybe the throwing up had relieved you of all your discomfort, which made you even more active... Singing aloud & kicking about while lying on your bed...

Thinking back on last night, mummy can only smile a resigned smile & shake my head at my precious lil' gem who never fails to give us surprises... Pleasant or not. =)

Vacuum vs Going for a walk...

Precious lil' one,

You really are a special lil' kiddo you know...

Everytime someone is at the door, you'll stop whatever you're doing & turn to look... Until you see who's there... And if you were in your mini cooper, darling would race there in record time...

Today, grandpa & grandma decide to take you downstairs for a walk while mummy did the vacuuming & mopping... Cos otherwise, our curious lil' gem would tailgate the vacuum cleaner & disrupt mummy...

But when grandpa was at the door calling for you to go over, darling refused. Darling chose to stand by mummy & the vacuum cleaner...



Hmm.... Weird lil' kiddo... =)

You'd rather watch mummy doing housework than go downstairs??

Well, not that mummy's not happy about that. Keep it up! Right on until you are older, then mummy can hand over the vacuum & mop to you.. =)

After darling came back from your lil' walk, another '1st' happened...

The 1st time darling ate your cereal with such enthusiasm!!

No spillage, no dirtying of your clothes & the floor... In fact, darling opened your mouth & leaned towards mummy before I had time to even scoop another spoonful for you!



Looks like darling should go for more walks... So as to spare us the fate of having your cereal all over our faces & shirts!

Mummy's only issue with you was that everytime mummy place the spoon in your mouth, darling would bite the spoon & refuse to let it go... Now, now...mummy knows you are curious about your new found 'power' but dun chew on the wrong target & break your teeth before they even get to chew real food yar?

Oh by the way, according to grandma, darling has got 2 more teeth growing out.. The 2flanking the bottom 2 center teeth... Looks like by the time daddy is back, darling's milk teeth would have more or less all grown out...

和恩恩及妈妈用Skype通话

恩恩，

爸爸终于又看到爸爸的心肝宝贝了。

看到妈妈和你出现在电脑荧幕上，所有蓝色的心情都一扫而空。

虽然我们现在距离几万公里远，但是拜科技进步所赐，妈妈和你的距离变成电脑前的50公分。

几万公里的思念变成了几公分。

爸爸问妈妈你还没有发烧时，妈妈就马上带你去量体温，结果耳朵一边是摄氏36点3度，另外一边是摄氏36点4度。

这是你平常的体温，爸爸知道后就比较放心。

但是爸爸和你用Skype通话的时间也不会很长了；爸爸下个月19日就要搬出去这间屋子，新房子的屋主家里没有电脑，更不必说是互联网了。

所以爸爸这阵子要特别珍惜可以和妈妈以及你用Skype的时间。

电脑前的恩恩蹦蹦跳跳的，看起来对于妈妈电脑的兴趣多过对爸爸有兴趣。

爸爸在电脑另一边唤你，你没兴趣。

妈妈叫你看爸爸，你也没反应。

但是爸爸问你：狗狗咧？

你就翻头过去看书房墙壁另一边是否有狗的墙纸。

哈罗，知道什么是狗狗，却不知道什么是爸爸；请问这是什么意思？？

不过爸爸唱那首你最喜欢听的《伦敦桥要塌下来》时，你就静下来看这荧幕的爸爸了。

看起来对于你来说，爸爸唱歌好过说话。

看来天下的子女都不喜欢听父亲的唠叨这句话是真的。

后来祖母也加进来跟爸爸聊天，感觉中又好像回到像在家里的样子了。=）

难得可以坐在妈妈美美的电脑前，恩恩当然是不会放过这个机会的，结果就有好几次差点把电脑扫下来。

喂，喂，小妹妹，那台粉红色的电脑是爸爸送给妈妈的礼物，弄坏的话真的要把你收拾干净了。

不过能看到你和妈妈，身在万公里之外的爸爸感到特别开心。

尤其是看到你在电脑荧幕上蹦蹦跳跳，让爸爸更加开心。

你在家的时候，爸爸要努力上来看你跟你“玩”。

不过两个月后，爸爸回去时，问你爸爸咧的时候，你不可以转头去看电脑知道吗？

又发烧

恩恩，

爸爸早上在医院时收到妈妈的短讯，知道你发烧的消息后就非常担心。

虽然妈妈说你没事，应该只是长牙引起的发烧，但是爸爸听了还是非常担心。

其实爸爸前天要离开时感觉身体有点不舒服，头痛还有点昏沉，并且喉咙痛和身体酸痛。

那天爸爸尽量不让自己太靠近你，怕把病毒传给你，但是最后还是抱了你。

如果你的发烧是因为爸爸引起的，爸爸会非常内疚的。

原来妈妈昨晚就把你身体的状况写在你的部落了，但是粗心的爸爸没有过去看。

爸爸现在住的地方时间比家里快三个钟头，昨晚妈妈写好你的部落时爸爸这里凌晨两点多，爸爸正在沉睡状况中。

爸爸不在的时候，恩恩你也是要加油知道吗？

不可以因为爸爸不在也让自己的身体和抵抗力偷懒知道吗？

恩恩你如果身体不好的话，爸爸会更难受心里更担心的。

所以你也要努力加油哦。

Teething fever again??

My precious lil' one, mummy's finally back to writing on your blog..

Well, daddy is now away.. So mummy shall try my best to be as hardworking as daddy in writing down all your lil' progresses...

Unfortunately, the 1st thing that mummy has to post here isn't something that I had looked forward to writing.. Cos darling seems to be coming down with your 2nd bout of teething fever... =( This time round, its your top 2 bunny teeth...

While mummy was still at work, grandpa called to tell mummy that darling may be coming down with fever.. However, they couldn't find the thermometer and so wasn't able to take your temperature.

36.8 deg celsius.

That's darling's temperature at 10pm. Well, not exactly febrile but a tad higher than sweetheart's normal temperature.. Besides, darling's still so cheery, greeting mummy with your super-wide grin the moment mummy stepped into the house...



Other than the fact that darling is not eating very well (which is now the norm already!), darling doesn't seem unwell. Still, mummy's not taking any chances. Mummy added a lil' paracetamol syrup into your milk.. Then with grandma holding & feeding you, mummy had to sing to you, hold your lil' dog musical toy with my left hand & press the light on the alarm clock using my right hand, before my lil' darling would cooperate & finish your milk!

Now, my lil' sweetheart has finally gone to sleep..

Precious lil'one, sweetdreams... Hopefully your temperature will remain below 37 deg celsius when mummy next take your temperature...

叮嘱

恩恩，

还有几个小时，爸爸就要出发了。

这次爸爸会离开你两个多月；下次见面时不知你又长得怎样了。

那时候肯定是长得更高了吧，不懂也会不会向横发展？=）

也不懂到时候爸爸到了家时是否会认得出爸爸？

爸爸不在的这段时间，你要记得乖乖哦。

虽然爸爸这几天已经跟你说了很多次了，但是还是要重复：不可以欺负妈妈知道吗？

也不可以欺负祖母祖父外公外婆知道吗？

晚上睡觉时候不可以半夜起床然后不睡哦。

外婆已经对你那深夜不按牌理出牌的性格给吓着了，如果你再顽皮的话下次外婆看到你就会逃之夭夭了。

爸爸不在的时候也是会每天跟妈妈保持联系，以获知你的最新“情报”的。

所以不要以为爸爸不在家，你就可以坏坏哦。

当然爸爸还是会非常想念妈妈和你的。

那我们就两个多月后见哦。

快乐仙的周末凌晨

恩恩，

昨天妈妈刚说你是快乐仙，可以不吃不睡，结果你果然快乐到凌晨。

妈妈晚上八点多时已经很累了，爸爸就让她先回房休息。

后来你快乐到晚上九点多时，我们以为你已经累了，就带你进你房间准备让你睡觉。

你通常是要在睡觉前才喝奶的，由于你昨天大半时间都是在做快乐仙，爸爸就泡了比平常多的奶水让你喝：四个汤匙办，180cc。

结果你果然喝完睡去了。

当爸爸以为你总算乖乖地做回凡人时，你又在半个钟头后起来了。

那时候快乐仙一点也不快乐了，在房里自己哭了起来。

爸爸过去你睡房哼歌给你听，陪你玩了一阵子后，你才恢复回快乐。

但是快乐仙这次不肯睡了，妈妈这时刚好起床，爸爸那时也是累到不成样了。

祖母昨晚身子有点不舒服，所以妈妈在晚上十一点多就陪你玩，爸爸就灰溜溜地溜回房间睡觉了。

妈妈一直在客厅里陪快乐仙陪到凌晨一点多，那时祖母睡了一觉起来后看到快乐仙凌晨还很快乐地活跃，就带你回房休息。

今早爸爸问祖母你究竟昨晚几点睡时，祖母也不大清楚。

祖母说她带你回房后就让你在床上自己躺，用枕头围在你四周，然后祖母就昏昏地睡去了。

你这个快乐仙可能看到没有人跟你玩了，结果自己也睡去了。

结果快乐仙今天起床时，由于迟睡的关系，两只眼睛肿肿的。

看来你这个快乐仙把祖母，妈妈和爸爸都打败了。

妈妈说你快成为快乐仙了。

今天大部分时间喂你吃东西，你不吃。

我们需要非常努力地哄你一阵子后你才肯吃。

让你睡，你也不睡。

下午三点多起床到现在还不睡，一直想办法哄你入睡，但是你总是呱呱叫来抗议。

不吃不睡，但是精神还是特别好，一直找人陪你玩。

妈妈工作回来已经累到眼睛睁不开了，你的精神还是很好。

爸爸让妈妈回房休息，然后争取时间陪你玩。

爸爸让你坐上书房的书桌上，然后把书桌上适合你玩的东西都给你玩。

结果你把爸爸的水壶、DVD盖子等都被你大力地丢在地上。

通常你玩了一阵子后就会觉得累，但是今天在书房玩了好一阵子后精神似乎还很好。

爸爸过后让祖母继续陪你玩，爸爸还没完全从时差中恢复过来，今天还是觉得昏昏沉沉的。

看来快乐仙的精神比爸爸妈妈好很多。

不吃不睡，还这么有精神以及精力充沛，不做快乐仙也不行了。

恩恩，

昨晚爸爸妈妈到家时已经是凌晨一点多了。

到家的第一件事当然就是过去你房间看你；那时你已经是睡得很熟了。

才没见到一个星期感觉你又长大了许多。

今早你醒来，爸爸妈妈就冲过去你房里看你；幸好你看到爸爸妈妈时还没有感觉生疏，一看到爸爸妈妈就跟爸爸妈妈笑。

看到心肝宝贝对着我们笑，爸爸妈妈当然觉得很开心；整个心里面甜甜的。

爸爸星期一晚上又要离开了，所以整个早上爸爸就尽量和你玩。

祖母说恩恩门牙也开始长了，爸爸妈妈看了果然看到两颗小小的门牙。

刚才妈妈把我们在美国买巧克力时送的小兔子头箍让你戴上，你看起来很像一只小兔子，好可爱。=）

现在的你刚刚睡着了。

回家看到你，真好。
