Walking down memory lane...

Precious lil' darling,

Time really flies... As mummy counts down to the arrival of your baby sister, memories of your arrival came flooding back.. Sweet memories :)

Though your arrival was pretty much unexpected and well, quite dramatic (in mummy's opinion), mummy still can't forget the 1st time I held you in my arms.. A beautiful angel... MY beautiful lil' angel :) That feeling is beyond words..

Strangely, as we count down to the arrival of your baby sister, mummy's been experiencing contradicting feelings.. Looking forward to meeting lil' Chloe, yet feeling a lil' sad.. Cos it means mummy won't be able to devote all my time to you.. Much as mummy would like to give 100% of myself to you and your sister each, that is not quite possible technically...

And mummy knows daddy's feeling the same too.. Cos when mummy asked daddy, if Dr Tan gave us a choice of when to deliver your baby sister, what date should we choose? Daddy's answer was next mon.. And the reason being so that daddy and mummy could have another weekend with our precious lil' princess, you.. :)

So precious lil' one, when you are old enough to understand all these, mummy and daddy hope that you'll come to understand.. understand that though we may not be able to devote as much time to you as before once your lil' sister is born, our love for you will never become any less than before... Daddy and mummy's love for you will only grow with each passing day...

Darling Raeanne, thank you for bringing so much love and joy to daddy, mummy and everyone around you for these past 20 months.. Your sweet smile never fails to brighten our days.. Almost everyday, you'll surprise us with your new vocabs.. Your lil' antics never fail to amuse us... Your singing always gets us humming along.. And most of all, your hugs never fail to melt mummy's heart.. :)
