Upsize!

Yes, it's official. No mistake about it. Darling has upsized! =)

Well, it may not be obvious from the photos, but our lil' princess has grown quite a lot! 2 days ago, mummy went diaper shopping for you... Cos our precious lil' one's bum has grown bigger and fatter! Haa...

From 'Newborn' size (which houses bums of babies up to 5kg) to 'Small' (up to 8kg)... Actually, this upsize should have taken place a few weeks ago.. That was when we realized the NB size was getting too tight for you. 2 tell tale signs... 1) We could hardly secure the diaper tape around your waist! Only the tip of the tape could reach the front portion of your diaper for securing... 2) We started to see 'marks' on your big juicy thigh.. That was caused by the elastic banding on the inner lining of your diaper...

So all of us tried to 'expedite' use of those remaining NB size diapers...

Not just your diapers needed upsize.. your clothes, mittens and booties too...

Most of your clothes are getting a lil' too 'sexy' around your tummy.. Either the buttons are threatening to pop off, or you look like a giant trying to fit into a dwarf's clothes that's way too short.. As a result, your belly button would show at the slightest movement...



And so, mummy bought you a few new tops today... When mummy flashed them at you when mummy reached home, darling was so happy! Hmm... was it because you were fascinated by the pictures on the shirt, or you actually felt relieved that mummy finally got the sense to get you new and bigger sized tops??! Oops... =)

Well, if that's the case, don't worry darling.. Daddy and mummy will most likely go shopping for your upsized clothes this weekend... Looking forward to wearing new clothes aren't you? =p
