Raeanne is one month old!

My lil' darling,

In another few minutes, you'll be officially one month old! =)

It's really amazing how time flies.. First it was day 1, day 2... Then week 1, week 2.. and now it's your 1st month already! Before you know it, we'll be celebrating your one year old birthday! =)

Yesterday was a special day for you.. Though it's 2 days ahead of your official 1-mth-old-day.. It was really fun and memorable wasn't it? Well, at least for daddy and mummy.. Maybe not so much for you since you were asleep half the time.. (Or were you pretending as suggested by Keri-Ann?;p Maybe kids know kids best..) The other half, you were busy drinking milk (with your eyes closed)! Only the lucky ones got to see our lil' darling open your eyes for those brief moments..

Even though you chose to 'ignore' the crowds of admirers by continuing your beauty sleep, many aunties and uncles were still mesmerised by you.. Waiting for their turns to cuddle you! Of cos, not forgetting 'The Admirer' (who came by last week but didn't get to see you cos you were asleep).. Though he's too young to carry you, he kept vigil by your side while you were sleeping on daddy and mummy's bed! :p



My lil' sweetheart, mummy's so glad to see you grow day by day.. Growing healthier, prettier and cuter! This 1st month hasn't been easy for daddy and mummy.. Well, 'hasn't-been-easy' is too much of an understatement.. It has actually been very difficult! But daddy and mummy will gladly do whatever it takes just to keep you safe and healthy..

Today is a very special day for daddy and mummy.. And also for you my lil' one.. Cos exactly 3 years back, that's when daddy and mummy started dating.. If 'That Day' had not turned out to be how it turned out to be, our lil' princess would not be here today.. =) Though daddy and mummy couldn't celebrate our anniversary like we used to becos of our lil' darling, we were happy just to spend the day at home with you..

Cos happiness is when your loved one is with you.. And also becos lil' sweetheart, you light up our life.. =)

Before I end off this entry, daddy and mummy would like to thank all Aunties and Uncles for the love, prayers and gifts that you all have showered upon our lil' sweetheart and darling Raeanne.. Especially for those who managed to turn up for our darling's party, thank you for coming and please acecpt our apologies if we had not been good hosts.. And for those who were not able to attend, thank you, for we know your thoughts are with us too..

Finally, to my dearest hubby, Happy 3rd Anniversary.. =)
