OH MY GOD! Darling's like a replica of daddy when he was small like you!
All these while, almost everyone says "Oh, she looks like daddy!"... Or at most, ".. but her eyebrows and nose looks like mummy...". And even then, the latter is only VERY OCCASIONAL...
Boo Hoo.... After being with mummy for 38 weeks, how can you not look like mummy? Not even a bit? How can that be?? Mummy always have that thought.... So whenever someone says darling looks like daddy, mummy will always go "Is it? I can't really tell..."
Of course, that was REALLY what mummy felt... Except that, maybe part of it came from subconscious denial...
Okay, anyway, that went on for days... weeks... months... Until just now! Daddy called mummy to come view the picture on the laptop... For a fraction of a second, mummy thought it was darling's picture... BUT! It was actually daddy's!
My goodness... So alike... But well, mummy still didn't quite like the idea that you looked like daddy and not mummy.. So, mummy thought, ok, maybe darling and daddy are not really that alike.. Let's look at my baby picture first. Maybe darling will resemble mummy too??
And so we scroll.. scroll.. scroll...
Finally, mummy's baby picture... BUT! Not the least bit like mummy. =(
Well, much as mummy would love to convince myself and everyone that darling does look like mummy.. the photos seem to say otherwise...
Don't believe it? See it for yourself.. a picture really does say a thousand words..
And, of course, taking after daddy is definitely not a bad thing. It's just that mummy's feeling a lil' jealous of daddy... ;p
