Nightmare from playing too much??

My precious lil' one,

What happened to you last night?? U seemed so happy and excited the whole day... And yet, when we were about to let you sleep, our lil' angel's beautiful smile turned into bitter cries...

Yesterday, darling was so smiley all day... And seeing your beautiful and happy smile, daddy and mummy couldn't help it but kept playing with you, teasing you, so as to see darling smile more.. And that really lasted the whole day...

In fact, the intensity grew after night fall... Since darling woke up at about 6pm, darling was in such good mood all the way till 11 plus... Kept smiling, giggling and kicking all about...

At about 930pm, mummy brought you into the room to watch the match between Chelsea & Liverpool. Darling was still very active and happy... Even when mummy and daddy weren't playing with you, darling was also very happy and excited. It was like darling was happy playing with yourself (or with the piggy), occasionally letting out your giggle and baby talk, which really amused daddy and mummy...

Mummy thought darling should be very tired after so many hours of being awake. And so, after mummy gave darling your milk at 10 plus, mummy switched off the lights to put you into sleep mode...

BIG MISTAKE!

Darling started crying very bitterly... Protesting very 'violently'... U refused everything mummy tried.. wrap you, rock you, carry you, let you sit up (which you usually love!), give you the pacifier (& darling refused to be pacified by closing your lips very tighly!).... Sigh... And all this was after darling had dozed off while drinking milk... Doesn't that mean darling was very tired already?? If so, why don't you want to go to sleep??

Anyway, grandma heard your cries and came out to check on you... Grandma's conclusion: Darling played too much in the day! That's why darling couldn't switch back to the peacful sleep mode and end up having this 'pre-sleep nightmare'!

=( *pout*

So that means mummy and daddy can't even play with darling now?? That is REALLY HARD to resist you know... Playing with our precious lil' gem is like a poisonous addiction! Cos we thrive on darling's happy smiles & giggles, which is absolutely infectious! And the more we see darling smiling so happily, the more we want to keep playing with you to see that chubby cute lil' smiley face!

Sigh, now mummy always have to make an effort to stop myself from playing with you so much...

Darling, mummy's already missing your '见牙不见眼‘smile already... Oops, i mean your gums, since darling's teeth have yet to grow out yet...

Precious lil' gem, daddy and mummy luv ya!:)
